When setting up your Simple Syllabus for the spring courses, please review the following:
Helpful Examples: Use the red tab on the right side of each section to access helpful text and examples.
Course Information Section: Confirm that meeting times, locations, and modalities are accurate. These details are pulled from Campus Café. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact the Registrar’s Office for corrections.
Instructor's Generative AI Statement (Optional): This section includes sample text to help you draft a course-specific statement about AI use. Feel free to tailor it to your needs.
If this is your first semester using Simple Syllabus or you need a refresher, please watch this short video. CIL created a short overview video that guides you through adding Simple Syllabus to your course. As you watch the video, you can have a previous syllabus ready to copy and paste into your spring Simple Syllabus. In the future, you can copy from one syllabus to another.
