LibCal allows you to reserve a study carrel or table in the library. Students may book a seat reservation up to 2 days in advance for a total of 3 hours per day.
Reserving a Seat:
Click on the Book a Library Seat button. Select your location. You will then see seat availability highlighted in green.
Choose the day you would like to reserve, then click on the seat and time on the grid to begin making your reservation (the desired timeslot will turn from green to yellow while you are in this process). Scroll to the bottom to select your end time from the drop down menu.
Click Submit Times.
A form called Booking Details appears. Review details of your booking and click the Continue button.
Complete form asking for your information. Fill in all the required fields and then click on the Submit my Booking button to complete your request. Note: You must be a current ACPHS student and use your ACPHS email address.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from LibCal with subject “Your booking has been confirmed”. This email contains details of your reservation. You can save this reservation to your Outlook Calendar.
Note: All emails regarding your reservations will come from email@example.com, so please be on the lookout for emails from LibCal.com in your Focused or Other Inbox.
Check in with library staff upon your arrival. They will check you into your seat.
Before taking your seat, stop at a Sanitizer Station located within the Library, spray sanitizer onto paper towel to wipe down your reserved space before using.
Before you Leave:
Get a fresh paper towel sprayed with sanitizer and wipe down your seat.
If you are leaving your seat before your reservation time is up, re-open the LibCal confirmation emailand click the Check Out Link
Leave the Library promptly so that social distancing within the facility can be maintained.
